Tile is a long-term investment that depends almost entirely on what is underneath it. Cape Build prepares and levels every substrate, applies the appropriate waterproofing and backer board, sets tile with the correct thinset for the material and location, and grouts to match the design intent.
We install tile in kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, mudrooms, sunrooms, porches and commercial spaces \u2014 including heated floor systems. Every slope is checked so water moves toward the drain instead of under the tile.
Existing tile can often be replaced in place, avoiding the mess and cost of demolition while still giving you a completely new floor.
